Mrs. Pallavi Phoujadar holds Masters degree in Environmental Science from Mumbai University. She also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Pollution Control Technology.
During the period 1992 to 1996 she was associated with a project work with R K Garg Committee appointed by Govt. Of India headed by Atomic Energy Regulatory Board for carrying out Risk Assessment Studies for MIDC, TTC Industrial belt Navi Mumbai.
She obtained a rich practical experience during her tenure of job with CETP (Thane-Belapur Association)-TTC a autonomous body promoted by MoEF, MPCB, MIDC & TBIA and other agencies for about 14 years. She actively participated in expansion of existing CETP of 12 MLD capacity to additional 15 MLD. She was a key member of the core leadership team which executed this project independently.
Pallavi Phoujadar was awarded with a Life Time Achievement award by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board in recognition of her contribution to the cause of Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution in the year 2004.
She started her own business as independent consultant and then moved into Turnkey Projects and services in Environmental Pollution Management space. She has been the Technical Architect in execution of ETP/CETP for various chemical industries in and around Thane-Belapur, Taloja, Nasik, Nagpur, Konkan region etc.
In addition to Palash technologies and Services, she is also part of the management team of Prolifik Environmental Engineering Services & Prolifik Technogreen Solutions Pvt Ltd, both in the field of Environmental Pollution control.
Pallavi Phoujdar is keenly interested in interactions with academic institutions and is associated with many colleges as a Visiting Faculty.
She is part of the Rotary Club and has lead in various social welfare initiatives in and around Mumbai region. She also has keen interest in art and literature.
